Notes:
1．The criteria of every categories will be different due to the market segments and institutions' features; The award will be canceled if there are less than 3 nominators for one item; Or all nominators will be rejected by the judging panel if they are not competitive enough
2. The institutions or individuals which have been involved in illegal transactions or affairs cannot be nominated
3. All nominators need to submit materials without false information, or they cannot be nominated
4．All nominators need to submit materials as required after registering. And they cannot drop out in midway. Anyone who drops out in midway will be eliminated the nominee qualification next year
5．Winners will be allowed to use the authorized event and awards logos with term
6．Winners will be announced by media. It’d better for them to assist the organizing committee to organize press releases
7．All materials submitted by nominators are confidential and only for judging. They will not be released to any institutions or individuals in any approaches
